Arrive Cochin
Meeting and assistance on
arrival and transfer to the hotel.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02
Cochin
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning sightseeing tour of Cochin. Evening
Kathakali dance show at the theatre. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03
Cochin - Periyar
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning drive to Periyar. Afternoon boat cruise
at Lake Periyar. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 04 Periyar - Kumarakom
Breakfast at the
hotel. Morning
drive Kumarakom on the banks of lake Vembanad. Evening sunset cruise on
the lake. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 05 Kumarakom
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day at Leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 06 Kumarakom - Alleppey (House boat)
Breakfast at
the hotel. Morning backwaters consist of a complex network of lagoons,
lakes, & canals and are best experienced while
slowly punting down the labyrinth of canals in a traditional
thatch-roofed houseboat, known as 'kettuvallam'. Board your houseboat, a
renovated cargo boat with either one or two bedrooms, kitchenette and
all modern conveniences. A 3-member crew will cater for your comforts
and meals. See life on the banks, lush green rice fields, and coconut
groves with occasional temple or church as you cruise through the
canals. An experience you will savour for a long time. Overnight at the
houseboat.
Day 07 Arrive Alleppey - Kovalam
Breakfast at the houseboat. On arrival at Alleppey drive to Kovalam.
On arrival check-in at the hotel. Afternoon at Leisure. Overnight at the
hotel.
Day 08 Kovalam -
Cape Comorin - Kovalam
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day excursion of Padmnabhapuram and Cape
Comorin. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 12 Kovalam / Thiruvannanthapuram
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning visit Cape Comorin. Late afternoon drive to Thiruvannanthapuram
airport to board flight for onward destination.
